- This is a subsidized Commercial Marketing Program for the Dominican Republic and is not valid for those countries where it is prohibited by law.

- We will always be willing to provide a tour of the vacation projects we represent to all persons, however, the beneficiary of this Vacation Certificate must meet the following requirements in order to receive the benefits provided by this certificate:

- This promotion is intended for people between twenty-five (30) and seventy (70) years of age, married or in a domestic partnership, couples must attend and complete the presentation at the same time, the beneficiary(ies) must show at least two photo IDs, a driver's license and be a holder of a valid international credit card..

- Promotion valid only for Canada, United States, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Uruguay.

- It is essential to complete the 90-minute commercial presentation at the Sports Illustrated Resorts Marina & Villas Cap Cana hotel the day after your arrival, as well as comply with the criteria established for the same, otherwise you must pay to 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club, the total value discounted for this promotion on our website.

- The holder of this Vacation Certificate must pay a $35.00 USD per room/night resort fee upon arrival at the hotel.

- This Vacation Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

- This Vacation Certificate must be used within the first twelve months of its acquisition, it may be extended for an additional 6 months for an additional $297.00 USD at the end of its

- This Vacation Certificate is transferable as long as the new beneficiary complies with the terms and conditions herein and pays an additional fee of $347.00 USD.

- If you do not meet these requirements and have received any gifts or accommodations, you will be charged the verifiable commercial value of such gifts and/or accommodations (up to A MAXIMUM OF $297.00 USD per night per person, depending on the travel season, day and date of check-in) plus all applicable taxes, less any payments made by you.

- A photo ID is required as well as a personal Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery Credit Card to register in case of incidental expenses during your stay.

- Accommodations are offered on a space available basis at the Sports Illustrated Resorts Marina & Villas Cap Cana Hotel.

- Transportation costs, tips, meals outside the hotel and incidental expenses incurred by the beneficiary and his/her companions are not included.

- Only the promises written in these terms and conditions and those of the websites, apps and companies associated with 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club will be valid. It is the user's responsibility to verify the specific terms and conditions of each offer before making any transaction.

- 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club shall not assume any liability arising from losses, cancellation costs, accidents, injuries (Including death), damage to persons or property arising out of or in conjunction with any services provided as part of this Vacation Certificate by hotels, tourist attractions, transportation or products thereof.

- All operators, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies and attractions are independent service contractor providers, each having obligations and limitations with respect to the service they provide.

- 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions due to acts of nature, strikes, terrorism or natural disasters.

PARA CHECK AVAILABILITY AND RESERVATIONS 

- Checking availability is a 100% free service.

- To verify availability dates you must fill out an automated form through Instagram or WhatsApp with your personal data and possible dates for your trip, then send it through the same way for verification.

- Our response time is 2-72 business hours.

(At the time of booking your travel dates you will be assigned a confirmation number that will be sent to you via Instagram, WhatsApp. From that moment on your confirmation number must be used for any matter related to your reservation. Receipt of the reservation number constitutes a confirmed reservation).

UNDERSTANDING

- I/We are over 30 years of age and under 75 years of a

- I/We understand that to make use of this promotional offer we must present an official photo ID (passport, driver's license, etc.) and a good and valid international credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express).

- I/We understand and consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, that we authorize 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club to obtain information from our personal credit profile or other information from Experian. You authorized us to obtain such information solely to perform a pre-qualification. This is not an application for credit and will not affect your credit score (This applies to U.S. citizens and residents only).

- I/We understand and consent, after clicking on the start booking button, to receive sales and marketing calls and messages from 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club, including prerecorded messages and text messages, from 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club and its members at the numbers provided, for offers and services. I understand that it is not a requirement to purchase with 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club.

- I/We understand and agree that, in order to take advantage of this Vacation Offer, it is necessary to attend a presentation, the following day of our arrival, lasting 90 minutes after breakfast or lunch, from the official Sports Illustrated Resorts Marina & Villas Cap Cana Travel Club.

- If married or common-law, both parties must attend the presentation together.

- Any additional guest over 12 years of age will incur a nightly upgrade charge, which must be paid at the Sports Illustrated Resorts Marina & Villas Cap Cana Hotel lobby as an UPGRADE.

 - I/We understand that this Subsidized Promotional Offer includes: Five (5) days and Four (4) nights of Lodging at the Sports Illustrated resorts Marina & Villas Cap Cana Hotel, in Standard All Inclusive Plan, for up to two (2) Adults and two (2) Children under thirteen years of age, traveling together with a single family nucleus (Parents and children). Lodging will be provided in standard rooms with double beds. DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRLINE TICKETS OR TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL.

- I/We understand and agree that all transportation costs, incidental hotel charges, meals outside the hotel and gratuities are my/our responsibility.

- Reservations are subject to availability. 

AFFILIATES AND COLLABORATORS: this information only applies to affiliates and other collaborators.

Confidentiality agreement:

The parties agree to maintain strict CONFIDENTIALITY for a period of not less than 5 years, on all information provided by 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club to the Collaborator/Referrer and vice versa. This includes Client listings and all information provided in physical, digital or verbal form, in reference to digital marketing materials, sales strategies and publications created by 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐪𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club.
Non-compliance by the Contributor/Referrer entitles 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club to take all relevant legal actions available to it.

Policies for the promotion and sale of products created by 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club:

The total knowledge of our products is fundamental for its promotion and sale, the objective is to be able to provide the necessary and precise information so that our clients feel the tranquility at the time of acquiring our services and products. Any cancellation or penalty for ignorance, both of the processes as well as the specific information of the product will incur a fault on the part of the affiliate, the same will be penalized with the deduction of the value equal to $200 USD plus the cost of such transactions made by 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club.

It is strictly prohibited to SPAM in groups, in posts on any group, page, event, application on any of META's products (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp,) or Google (YouTube), LinkedIn, Tick Tock, Twitter, Blogs or any event linked to such demand generation platforms or any other platform that may generate leads for 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 Club.

Advertisements with erroneous information that violate the community standards of the demand generation platforms we rely on to promote and sell our products and services will be sanctioned with the immediate cancellation of the affiliate's account. Advertisements must not include content that exploits emergency situations or controversial political or social issues for commercial purposes.

Commission payment policy:

Affiliate commissions will be paid via PayPal 30 days after the sale has been processed, minimum accumulated to receive payments: $500 USD in commissions.

We reserve 100% the right to admit and exclude any affiliate or contributor who violates our terms and conditions as well as the community standards of third party platforms.
